    Hereinafter, "we", "us" or "the Company". The website available at is referred to as "the Site", and any person accessing it as "the User".

  2. Purpose and acceptance

    This notice governs access to and use of the Site. Browsing the Site attributes the status of User and implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at the moment of access. Users who do not accept them should refrain from using the Site.

    The Site is informational in nature. Its purpose is to present the Company, its activity and its services. Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a commitment of any kind unless expressly agreed in writing.

    We may revise the terms at any time. Each version carries the date shown above; Users are asked to check it on each visit, as continued use following publication indicates acceptance of the current version.

  3. Access to the Site

    Access is free of charge and does not require registration. Users are responsible for any equipment, software and connectivity needed to reach the Site, and for any charges levied by their own service providers.

  5. Intellectual and industrial property

    All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, audiovisual material, design, structure, selection and arrangement of content, and underlying source code — belongs to the Company or to third parties who have licensed its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

    Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the content for private, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercial exploitation requires our prior written authorisation.

    The names, trade names, trademarks and distinctive signs appearing on the Site are protected. Their use, reproduction or imitation without our authorisation is prohibited. Reproducing the Site in whole or in part, or replicating its structure or presentation, is likewise prohibited.

    Third-party material published on the Site remains the property of its respective owners. We accept no liability in respect of intellectual property claims concerning content supplied or published by third parties, and will act on any duly substantiated notice of infringement sent to [email protected].

Links to the homepage of are permitted, provided they do not reproduce our content, do not present the Site within frames or in any manner liable to cause confusion as to its origin, and do not imply any association, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist. A link confers no right over the Site and does not entitle the linking party to describe itself as a collaborator or partner. We may withdraw this permission for any specific link at any time.

    Links from the Site. The Site may reference third-party resources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control such resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices, nor for their privacy or cookie policies. Users follow external links at their own risk and should review the terms of each destination.

  7. Liability

    We take reasonable care in operating the Site and in the technical means employed, but we do not warrant that access will be continuous, uninterrupted or free from error. Availability may be affected by network conditions, equipment failure, maintenance or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, and Users accept this within reasonable limits.

    We do not warrant that the Site is free from components that may cause alteration to a User's systems, and accept no liability for damage arising from such causes where it results from circumstances beyond our control.

    Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of Users acting as consumers.

  9. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by Spanish law.

    Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals that hold jurisdiction under the applicable procedural rules. Where the User acts as a consumer, this is without prejudice to the mandatory forum and consumer-protection rules that apply in their favour.

  10. Severability

    Should any provision of these terms be declared void or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed or replaced to the least extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in force.
